Job Structure & Working Conditions
- 26 working days per month
- 12-hour duty shift (including 1-hour break)
- No leave allowed from the 26th to the 5th of each cycle
This structure indicates a high-volume delivery operation with continuous order flow.
Salary & Incentive System
Earnings are based on monthly delivery performance:
- 601 orders or more: SAR 6,600
- 501 orders: SAR 5,000
- Less than 400 orders:
- Valid deliveries: SAR 150 per day
- Invalid deliveries: SAR 8 per order
The model is designed to reward high productivity, with significant incentives for higher order completion.
