We're Hiring: Full-Time Female Marketing & Content Creator in Dubai

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Dubai? We are currently seeking a full-time Female Marketing & Content Creator to join our growing team and play a key role in building our brand presence, engaging with clients, and driving marketing success across multiple digital platforms.

About the Role

As our Marketing & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that connect with our audience and showcase our services effectively. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, client communication, and staying ahead of the latest industry and AI marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Telegram.
• Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content, including reels, testimonials, promotions, and service highlights.
• Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) as well as Google Ads.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and messages across all communication channels.
• Develop ready-to-use message templates for first contact, follow-ups, reminders, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure marketing activities align with business goals and services.
• Utilize design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, VistaCreate, CapCut, Mojo, and Figma.
• Manage and update website content through CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or similar systems without requiring coding knowledge.
• Ensure all content remains consistent with brand guidelines and reflects current industry trends.
• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and continuously learn new AI-driven strategies to improve marketing efficiency and results.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Female with full-time availability.
• Strong confidence in content creation and client communication.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is an advantage.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Experience within the beauty or aesthetics industry is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning, particularly in AI technologies related to marketing and content creation.
