Job Description:

We are hiring Business Development Executives to join our team in Bangalore. We are looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to help us drive sales and grow our business.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Negotiate and close sales
- Track and manage sales performance

Requirements:

- 12th pass mandatory
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance, mutual funds, marketing, telesales, or telemarketing in banking, financial services, or insurance
- Languages: English & Hindi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven and results-oriented

Benefits:

- Salary: Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 21,000 per month
- Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (day shift)
- Sundays off
