Location - Mumbai (Bandra- BKC)
Job Profile
Have done Accounts Finalisation including keeping books of accounts upto date with documentation.
Handled Statutory Audit, Consolidated Foreign Subsidiary Accounts, Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing.
Good knowledge of compliance related to foreign subsidiary.
Good knowledge of Law and return filing related to - GST, TDS, 15CA/15CB, Income Tax and Fema
Handled Accounts in Zoho Books or any other cloud based accounting software.
Handled an Accounts team of 15-20 persons - Work from office and Work from Home both.
Handled Pay Role activity – salary processing taking into consideration law and monthly / yearly compliance for more than 100 persons.
Manage the inventory of books, control, process the delivery cycle, of any trading company.
Have past experience in shipping industry (optional)
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, combined with 9 -15 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance
- B. Com, Inter CA / CA strongly preferred.
