Machine Assembly Engineer (8+years of experience in Machine assembly like wrapping-packaging machines only*)

#Experience*-Minimum 6-8+years in Assembly machine building industries

#Salary*-55000/- to 70000/- per month*

#Education* B.E or equivalent. *Experience in machine building industry will be an added advantage*

*Understanding of machine designs and their working, assembly of components and sub-assemblies*
Assembly of machines as per drawings, tolerances, welding
standards, quality instruments, knowledge of sheet metals.
Assy. Drawing reading skill should be very good
Estimation of the process to manufacture a component.
Estimation of time and process for sub-assy of components.
Knowledge of welding standards for M.S. and S.S. sheet metals
fabrication.
Knowledge of fits and tolerances.
Hands on experience of using quality instruments.
*Understanding of machine designs and their working, assembly of
components and sub-assemblies to meet quality standards --- Well
aware about shop floor management. Should be able to go out
door on site for machine installation and servicing.*
