We are looking for Lead Specialist HRBP for India center.
Required Skills:
1. HR analytics
2. Full spectrum of HR domain like hiring, talent management, performance, learning & development, grievance, disciplinary, exit and retention, employee engagement, C&B etc
3. Strong stakeholder management.
4. Individuals should be flexible at times to work in different shifts as and when the project demands.
5. It will be work from office.
6. This is an individual contributor role.
Work Location: ResourcePro, Karle Town, Adjacent to Manyatha tech park, Bangalore.
