Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Global HR Head - Information Technology. The Global HR Head - Information Technology will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies to support the company’s information technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of success in leading HR initiatives for technology companies. This role requires a highly analytical and collaborative approach to HR leadership.

As the Global HR you have to design and execute the HR strategy for Enterprise Cloud Services organization focusing on Leadership, Talent and Culture for more than 1000 people worldwide. In addition to the primary responsibilities, also leads Leadership and Diversity & Inclusion related initiatives for the Products and Innovation Board area. - Design and Lead People & Organizational strategy to execution for organizations. - Drive priorities of organization growth, workforce planning, organization design & effectiveness. - Lead large scale organizational transformation and change management (restructuring, process and cultural change) for the Cloud Delivery Model. - Partner with business for talent management such as talent acquisition plan, learning and development roadmap, retention programs, succession planning and employee engagement.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in related HR roles, with a minimum of 10 years in an HR leadership role.
Prior experience in a technology-focused organization is essential.
Demonstrable experience in creating and executing HR strategies related to information technology, including but not limited to, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, including employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with strong project management skillsdate
