Job Opportunity: Shift Supervisor (MEP) - Facility Management Company
We are a Facility Management company in Khobar, currently seeking a Shift Supervisor (MEP) with the following criteria:
Supervisor Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ability to plan employee shifts and work schedules.
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
- Ensure optimal usage of manpower and resources.
- Oversee and carry out maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Respond to all reactive maintenance within specified service level agreements and operational policies.
- Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are carried out according to schedule, frequency, and task lists, and provide reports on any required works thereafter.
Supervisor Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience.
