    - Make at least 150-200 calls to potential property owners and list new properties
    - Good knowledge on posting ads on property finder & bayut etc
    - Enter and update customer information in the database and prepare daily calling reports.
    - Go the “extra mile” to facilitate sales/lease:
    1) Well versed with DLD- making form A, B, F
    2) Should be able to prepare MOU
    3) Follow up with Developers regarding NOCs
    4) Prepare tenancy contracts
    5) Follow up with existing property owners to inform them about contract renewals
    6) Assist the director to facilitate viewings
    7) Call and fix meetings with new potential buyers for off plan properties
