Job Description:
The person would play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities within the North American market. This individual will be responsible for independently generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving the sales process from initial contact to contract execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 9-12 years of experience in business development or sales within the BPM industry.
• Proven track record of successfully closing BPM deals.
• Strong understanding of the North American market and its specific business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Active B1/B2 visa and willingness to travel extensively.
