About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Malmö. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and significant experience in the banking domain. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating the Agile process and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams using tools like JIRA Align and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with the product owner and development team to ensure the backlog is properly prioritized and understood.
Coach the team in Agile practices and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team culture.
Guide the team in implementing the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to enhance project delivery.
Ensure smooth communication and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's productivity.
Manage dependencies between teams and work closely with stakeholders in the banking domain.
Ensure the team follows the Agile process, leveraging tools such as JIRA Align and Confluence for tracking and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in the team’s performance and overall project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Agile & SAFe Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Agile practices and hands-on experience with the SAFe framework.
Banking Domain Expertise: Experience working on projects in the banking industry.
SAFe Certification: [Y/N] – SAFe certification validity: [Validity Date].
Proven hands-on experience in utilizing SAFe principles in complex, large-scale projects.
Experience with JIRA Align and Confluence for Agile project management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile practices, driving continuous improvement.
Certifications: Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks.
