Job Description (Cafe Led):
1. Team rostering and shift planning
2. Team Management & Team Training
3. Basic P&L Management (Food cost, Manpower Cost)
4. Managing day-to-day store operations, handling equipment, and upkeep of assets
5. Cleaning and hygiene of the store
6. Making food products and following all SOPs

Working Hours: 9 hours (rotational shifts)

Salary:
• Shift Manager: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 net + PF & ESIC/Mediclaim

• Cafe Manager: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 net + PF & ESIC/Mediclaim
