Job Description:
Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for podcasting? We're seeking a Podcast Producer to manage the entire production process, from concept to final episode.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:
- Generate and research fresh podcast ideas.

2. Scripting and Storyboarding:
- Write scripts and create storyboards.

3. Recording and Editing:
- Oversee recordings and edit audio with industry-standard software.

4. Guest Coordination:
- Invite and coordinate guests.

5. Quality Control:
- Ensure high-quality episodes and resolve technical issues.

6. Distribution and Promotion:
- Develop promotion strategies and manage uploads.

7. Audience Engagement:
- Monitor feedback and engage with the audience.

8. Stay Current:
- Keep up with industry trends and suggest innovations.

Requirements:
- Passion for podcast production.
- Ownership and responsibility.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills, with AI proficiency.
- Sense of humor and love for comedy.
- Basic graphic design skills and Excel proficiency are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the podcasting landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
