 Set up and device Training & Development

 Drive Employee Welfare / Engagement Activities
 Drive and set up Performance Appraisals
 Manage Grievance Addressal
 Drive and manage Government Labor Laws and their compliance
 Manage Expat staff Visa and lodging requirements
 Manage Administration Staff

Salary will be based on experience
