**Key Requirements:**

1. **Indicator Development:**
   - Design and develop a complex trading indicator based on predefined strategies and criteria.
   - The indicator should be able to analyze market conditions and provide accurate trading signals.
   - Ensure the indicator can work with multiple trading pairs, specifically XAUUSD, USDJPY, and EURUSD.
   - Include features for backtesting and optimizing the indicator's performance.

2. **Integration with Existing Bot:**
   - Integrate the newly developed indicator with the existing bot source code.
   - Ensure smooth communication between the indicator and the bot for real-time trading execution.
   - Modify and enhance the bot's logic to incorporate the new indicator's signals.

3. **Technical Expertise:**
   - Proficient in programming languages commonly used in trading bots and indicators MQL4/5.
   - Strong understanding of forex markets and trading strategies.
   - Experience with trading platforms like MetaTrader, Tradingview

4. **Documentation and Support:**
   - Provide comprehensive documentation for the developed indicator and the integration process.
