- Education: 12th Pass Mandatory
- Experience: 0 to 10 years in Sales / Business Development (Freshers can apply)
- Age: 19 - 35 years
- Ownership: Android Phone and Bike/Scooter
- Documents: 2-Wheeler Driving License, Aadhar Card, Cheque Book / Pass Book, Pan Card

Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for personal loan lead generation.

Job Details:
- Shift Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Day shift) for Male Candidates only
- Weekly Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday off, bank working days will be working)
- Locations:
  - Koramangala (10 Openings)
  - Adugodi (10 Openings)
  - Shanti Nagar (10 Openings)
  - Richmond Town (30 Openings)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with company products and services.
- Recruit, train, and guide business development staff.
- Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyze financial data to develop strategies for reducing costs and increasing profits.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approaches.
- Meet with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel as needed.
