Full-Time Laboratory Supervisor Needed
We are seeking a full-time Laboratory Supervisor for a civil material testing lab. As a Laboratory Supervisor, your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, conducting construction material testing, supervising laboratory staff, training new technicians, and maintaining and calibrating test equipment. Effective communication with clients is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree, technical diploma, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as testing, civil/geotechnical engineering, or geology.
2. Minimum of 2 years of prior experience working as a laboratory supervisor and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a civil testing lab.
3. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
4. Familiarity with soil and concrete laboratory tests and reference standards ASTM/AASHTO.
5. Transferable Iqama.
6. Preferred if holding a driving license.
