Position Overview:

As a Business Development Associate at Woloo, you will play a critical role in expanding our innovative hygiene-tech platform, which is dedicated to improving access to clean and safe washrooms across India. This position is instrumental in driving Woloo’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our mission of enhancing hygiene and safety, particularly for women, in public and private spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and partners to expand Woloo’s reach and impact.

Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and potential customer segments.

Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that align with the company’s goals and market needs.

Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to signing agreements, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients to the Woloo platform.

Maintain relationships with current clients and partners, seeking opportunities for further engagement and feedback to enhance service offerings.

Participate in networking events, conferences, and workshops to promote Woloo’s mission and services.

Track and report on all sales activities and results, providing insights and suggestions for improvement to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the tech, hygiene, healthcare, or related sectors.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and a clear ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Familiarity with CRM software and tools for managing sales processes and customer relationships.

Passionate about social change, with a particular interest in women’s health and safety initiatives.
