Job Title: Medical Staff Recruiter
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and select suitable medical talents.
2. Activating the licenses of doctors (DHA, MOH, and DOH)
3. Develop and maintain networks with medical education centers and healthcare institutions to enhance recruitment operations.
4. Review and analyze resumes and provide comprehensive reports on potential candidates.
5. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and suitability for vacant positions.
6. Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Coordinate testing and evaluation processes for final candidates.
8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement sustainable and innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and skills required:
1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
2. A minimum of one year of experience in medical staff recruitment.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with job applicants.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Deep knowledge of talent acquisition methods and best practices in medical staff recruitment.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
7. Practical knowledge of human resources management software and candidate tracking systems.
