Customer Support Associate / Executive. Responsibilities include interacting with customers through telephone for support / sales related queries, billing / invoicing / renewals related assistance to customers etc.
At present the requirement is to work remotely, therefore candidates will be required to have a reasonable good configuration laptop / computer and an internet connection with good speed.
Work Timing : 09:30 am to 6:30 pm (

Prerequisites / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Computers is a must. Should have basic knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, ability to communicate through email and fluency in communication in English / Hindi.
