1) Graduation in Civil Engineering and Interior Design from a recognized institution.

2) Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing civil and interior projects in the retail sector.

3) Proficiency in CAD software, layout design, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is essential.

4) Demonstrated ability in handling interior and fit-out works, ensuring quality and timely completion.

5) Possession of a valid transferable Saudi Iqama is mandatory for local employment regulations compliance.

6) Indian & Pakistani nationality preferred due to cultural alignment and language proficiency.
