Job Summary:  
We are seeking a qualified and experienced GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in technology, with expertise in IT, Security, or AV fields. The GeM Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on the Government e-Marketplace platform, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:  
GeM Account Management:  
- Maintain and update the company's profile on GeM portal.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding products and services.

Transaction Facilitation:  
- Handle end-to-end transactions on GeM portal, from product listing to order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Compliance:  
- Stay informed about GeM policies and guidelines.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to relevant government regulations.

Relationship Building:  
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with GeM officials and stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues related to GeM transactions.

Qualifications:  
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven work experience with GeM, preferably in the technology sector (IT/Security/AV).
- In-depth knowledge of GeM policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of IT, Security, or AV products and services.

Preferred Skills:  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
