Roles & Responsibilities-
Responsible for smooth & efficient day to day operations within their team.
Should have analytical skills to read & evaluate the performance of team
members.
Manage a team to adhere & meet the targets set by the client.
Taking care of team attendance, controlling attrition & shrinkage.
Coaching & mentoring team performance
Desired Candidate-
Should have hands on experience in Team management & KPI’s Like Shrinkage & Attrition.
Required AM must have managed a team of at least 20- 50 people
Good communication skills required
Must have an experience in BPO industry
Experience in International Process will be an added advantage.
Must be flexible for any shift
Candidates with 2-5 years of experience as a Associate Manager can apply
