The role is focused on expanding the company’s client base across Saudi Arabia, particularly within the retail fashion sector and businesses that require exhibition stands and display solutions.

About the Company

The company specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibition stands, along with providing printing and advertising materials. Their services are widely used by retail brands, event organizers, and businesses participating in trade shows and exhibitions across Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is direct client acquisition through field sales activities. This includes identifying potential customers, visiting businesses, and promoting exhibition and display solutions that meet their branding and event needs.

Key focus areas include:

Retail fashion brands

Businesses participating in exhibitions and trade shows

Companies requiring custom display and advertising solutions

The role is highly performance-driven and requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

Candidates applying for this position should meet the following criteria:

Must own a personal car for field visits

Valid driving license

Strong understanding of the local market and potential client segments

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales

Experience in sales, especially within advertising, events, or B2B services, will be considered an advantage.

Compensation Package

The company offers a performance-based salary structure:

Basic salary starts at SAR 4,000

Monthly earnings can go up to SAR 30,000, depending on sales performance

This structure is designed to reward high-performing individuals who consistently generate business and close deals.

Additional Terms

A one-month probation period will be applied to evaluate performance and suitability for the role

Iqama transfer will be processed after 30 days, subject to successful performance evaluation
