I'm in need of a comprehensive web-design improvment proposal for my moroccan online newspaper lebrief.ma. This project involves designing, from an existing template and website, an interactive, user-friendly website with a clean, modern, and minimalist aesthetic.

Design Style: I am particularly interested in a modern, minimalist design for the website. It should be visually appealing, but easy to navigate and not overwhelmed by unnecessary elements. Based on 2 or 3 example sites already identified.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in web design and user experience.
- Previous experience working with news websites or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern design for newspaper website
- Familiarity with Wordpress
