We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at an international cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily front and back of house restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for experience in international cuisine
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to create and execute menu plans that reflect the restaurant's cuisine and brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
