1. Food and Beverage Captain
Location:- Bangalore and Hyderabad
CTC- 25000 - 27000
F&B Captain responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the dining arrangements (cutlery/crockery) and assigning tasks to servers
• Handling food and beverage vendors.
• Adhering to meal timings and ensure on time service of food
• Ensure cleanliness of dining area and kitchen
• Preparation of menu and coordination with chef/cook
• Ensuring food quality and hygiene
• Draw up duty rosters Supervise the discipline and conduct of his staff
• Hiring of Kitchen staff & Training new staff
• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Inventory Management (Forecasting requirement, purchase, stock maintenance)
• Controlling food cost by negotiating better price of raw material & minimizing wastage
• Building a team of freelance cooks, helpers, utility and waiters.
• Assure proper communication within the department by conducting a regular meeting with all personnel.
Qualification
• Graduate in Hotel Management
• Experience of 3 years in F&B service
• Good English communication
