We are seeking an Admin/HR/Accounting Cum Document Controller to join our company immediately. The responsibilities and duties include:
Job Description:
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves).
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Hands-on experience with HR/Accounting software, like ERP and PC literacy, and experience with MS Office applications.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate Human Resource activities and staff of the organization.
- Must be knowledgeable in Payroll, Final Settlement, Leaves, travel booking, etc.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- ISO auditing background.
- Experience in HR, Accounting, and Document control.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
